1.  **Appointment Reservation**: When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
2. **Cancellation Notice**: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any charges.
3. **Cancellation Fee**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
4. **Dissatisfaction with Service**: If you are dissatisfied with your hair, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly make adjustments; no charge.
5. **Refund Policy**: Please note that we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
