- **Cancellation Fee**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
- **Dissatisfaction with Service**: If you are dissatisfied with your hair, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly make adjustments; no charge.
